What to include
Providing a few technical details helps us reproduce the issue faster.
- Lero Lero extension version.
- Chrome or Chromium-based browser version and operating system.
- A short description of what you expected and what happened instead.
- Steps to reproduce the issue, when possible.
- A screenshot without passwords, license keys, API keys, or other secrets, when useful.
Do not send secrets
Do not send your full Lero Lero license key, AI provider API keys, passwords, payment-card data, or other authentication secrets by email. A short installation ID shown by the extension is safe to include when it helps identify an activation.
